"Account is Inactive" - please help!

"Account is Inactive" - please help!

My email address - jarold@gadgetmatrix.com - was working perfectly until a couple of days ago.
Then all of a sudden I couldn't log in to the site.
The error message is that my "Account is Inactive". 

I have no idea why it would be considered inactive as it is my primary personal business email account.

I even couldn't log in the the support forum with an inactive account.
I have created this new account just to get access to the support forums and to ask for urgent support, please.
