"Account is Inactive" - please help!
My email address -
staceycole@zoho.com - was working perfectly until a couple of hours ago. Then all of a sudden I couldn't connect to IMAP and couldn't log in to the site. The error message is that my "Account is Inactive".
I have no idea why it would be considered inactive as it is my primary personal email account and is used extensively every single day.
I couldn't even log in the the support forum with an inactive account. I have created this new account just to get access to the support forums and to ask for urgent support, please.
