Account Last Activity Time field
Hi,
Is the Account Last Activity Time field supposed to be the time when the Account was last contacted? If that is it's intention, it is not working correctly. It seems as though this field updates every time the Account is modified as well.
Are there plans to have a field that is related to the time an Account was last contacted like "Last Activity"? This would be very helpful in keeping track of when the last time we contacted our customers and non-customers.
