We work off reports to make sure we stay in contact with our accounts.
When we call a account - we call a contact within that account. However the last modified date on the account does not change or follow the last modified contact date. We need to understand why this is not happening.
Example:
1. We produce a list of accounts that have not been called in last 30 days. The last modified date is within a certain date period.
2. We call the contacts on that list and update with a call log (completed task)
Therefore I need the account to follow the contacts last modified date. So that when anyone touches (calls) a contact the accounts last modified date is updated.
Am I missing something here? Any advice?
