Account Not Active-New account

Hello,

I am trying to migrate my eMail Accounts from Google Aps to zohomail. The domain is registered with GoDaddy.com.

In doing so, I am facing the following challenges:

1. Godaddy requests an IP Address instead of  zmverify.zoho.com. I googled around to get the IP Address, but the same doesn't seem to be working.

2. I am now unable to access my account using my eMail  ayahoo2012@gmail.com  and am suggested that the account is not active. 

Can you please check both these issues and revert?
