Account not confirmed?

Hi, When I try to log into my account it says that it has not yet been confirmed and that if I don't confirm it, that my account could be closed. It goes onto give instructions on how to confirm the account but those instructions do not work.

When I click on "resend confirmation mail", I get an error box saying "unauthorised request" and no confirmation mail is sent.

I thought that maybe adding another email address and getting it confirmed would solve the problem, but when I add another email address and click on "add", nothing happens and nothing is added.

Any help would be appreciated.
