We have migrated our client list through to ZOHO, however, we are now looking manually entering our account numbers which are in the format of (123/S1) - however, ZOHO keeps giving us an error to input a valid account number.  We tried several variations, but it seems that it doesn't accept Alphanumeric numbers.   

Please let us know of a solutions this matter.   Our client account numbers are specific to our needs and we can't change them at this point.   Thank you
