'Account' or 'contact' for music students?
I will start out by admitting to the fact that I am new to CRM (CRM in general). Therefore (while I am studying the subject) I am struggling putting things in the right place. I have several questions:
1 - I run a local music school. Should I make enrolled students into 'accounts' or 'contacts'?
2 - I wanted to run a small RSVP-Survey (with ZOHO-Survey) among the students for an optional extra lesson. Students had to answer one single yes-or-no question: "Will you attend the extra lesson?". 'Survey' can be integrated with 'CRM' and I noticed that 'accounts' don't have a field to which the Survey's yes-or-no answer could be assigned to. How do I go about that?
3 - How can I change a CRM 'account' into a 'contact'?
