Account record duplpicates

When we run a report we created under Accounts and Contacts we are getting duplicates of account records. When we search in Zoho on accounts, we don't see duplicate account records. All of our account records have been entered manually, so it shouldn't be a data dump issue. Could someone please advise how this might have happened and how we can fix it.
