I have an idea of what an 'ideal' account looks like to me.
They have 3 specific technical certifications
They submit 5 deals a quarter
They increase their business with us by 10% quarter over quarter
They have one demand generation activity per quarter
etc...
Is there a way to track these metrics in zoho, on one simple report or dashboard?
