my personal zoho email account suddenly says "inactive" when i try to log in.  please help asap, this is my main email account.  the email address is: d2j2flanders@zoho.com

i was having trouble for several hours figuring out how to set up my domain, etc.(think i have it figured out now)  then i went to sign into my personal email and it says inactive.
