At Zoho, we're constantly working to make our CRM better and improve its mobile functionalities. Over the past few months, we have introduced some exciting new features and enhancements to the Zoho CRM Mobile app. We've included a summary of these cool updates so that you can take a closer look at them.

 

This enhancement helps you to simplify the process of managing leads within your Zoho CRM mobile app. When you're in the Leads module and filling out details in the Company field, the app now provides intelligent prompts. These prompts suggest relevant records from the Accounts module, helping you easily associate leads with existing accounts.

Imagine you're adding information about a potential customer. As you type the company name, the CRM app instantly recognizes matching accounts in your CRM database. This not only saves you time, but also ensures accuracy in linking leads to the correct accounts.

 

With the introduction of this enhancement, users of the Zoho CRM app now have greater flexibility on custom modules. Previously, the download limit for custom modules was restricted to 100, but with this latest update, we've raised the limit to accommodate up to 200 modules.

This enhancement especially benefits Enterprise and Ultimate edition users, who can now view and rearrange a larger number of custom modules into their CRM app. This means more room for customization, helping users tailor their CRM experience.

 

With this new feature, switching between languages within the Zoho CRM mobile app is even easier. Now, users can easily adjust their language preferences directly within the app, eliminating the need to navigate through external settings.

Accessible within the Settings, this functionality offers a seamless way to customize the app to your language preferences, all from the convenience of your mobile device. This enhancement ensures a more user-friendly experience for multilingual users, enabling them to interact with the app in their preferred language without any hassle.

Users can now easily copy, save, and share record URLs across various apps using share extensions. This functionality makes information sharing more efficient and streamlines collaboration. Whether you need to share a lead's information with a colleague, send a customer's details to another department, or simply save a record URL for future reference, you can do so easily with just a few taps.
