Account temporariry blocked for IMAP use

I find my account has been blocked. I get the message

"Account temporariry blocked for IMAP use. This may be happen if you exceed the maximum number of simultaneous IMAP connections allowed. Kindly try after some time."

Please help. my all mails are blocked
