HI, 

we use accounts as the "customer buying organization" . Often it can be that a customer (or account) is not interested today , but become interested in a year or two after they have matured . In meantime Accounts paige looks cluttered with inactive customers ... . 

I would like to get a way to prioritize accounts based on how hot they are, or "archive" dormant accounts until a later review date.... anyone figured out how to do in Zoho?
