We are a beginers in Zoho CRM.

we see that we can classify some accounts as prospects, clients, etc.

But we need to create some kinds of prospects, for instance, Prospects-1, Prospects-2 and so on.

So the questions are:

1) How can we create others types of Account?

2) How can we include one column of Type of Account in the main window (accounts)

3) How can we search by Type of Account?
