My account was blocked when I attempted to send an E-mail out to some of my customers/collaborators (124 in total). This exceeded the sending limit. Please unblock my account, as access is urgent/constant.

PS - Note that the customer has made many comments to the nature of "why can't I just pay for Outlook?!" in frustration. My hope is that the customer sees the benefit of Zoho as the business scales (4 hires in the first month or so).
