Account Viewing

I have an administrator's log on and when I go to the accounts tab, I can see all the accounts. I can also create accounts and make myself owner and then filter on my name to see only my accounts. If I have one or two other people with accounts, I would like to be able to filter and see only their accounts. How can I accomplish that?
