I am a new user.  Trying to learn a bit about Zoho.

 

We have been using an extinct version of ACT! ... 6.0.

 

I am trying to import 3 lists of clients:  Active, Inactive and Prospects.

 

In the "contacts" module I would like to create views for each heading and inport each accordingly.

 

How or where would you identify these during the import so that the would be differentiated during a look up?

 

Thanks for any help and patience.  This will take me some time, but I am pretty committed to making this work.
