Welcome back to our 'Accounting On-the-Go' series! Today, we're excited to share a versatile feature in the Zoho Books mobile app – the ability to add attachments to your transactions. This functionality enables you to keep all relevant documents and files seamlessly organized within your transactions.

Benefits of Adding Attachments:

Organized Record-Keeping: Keep all relevant files and documents linked to specific transactions, ensuring a well organised financial record.
Enhanced Visibility: Easily share visual documentation, such as receipts or scanned documents, to provide additional context to your transactions.
Access Anywhere: Access your attachments on the go, ensuring you have all necessary documents at your fingertips.

How it works in iOS:

➤ Open the Zoho Books iOS app.
➤ Navigate to “Invoices”
➤ Select the concerned Invoice and click on “More” and select “View attachments”
➤ You will have several options to add attachments
➤ Take Photo/Scan Document: Capture images or scan documents directly from your device's camera, providing a visual record of receipts or relevant paperwork.
➤ Upload File: Select files stored on your device and upload them directly to the transaction.
➤ Photo Library:Access and attach photos from your device's photo library.
➤ Attach fromDocuments: If you've stored documents within the Zoho Books app, you can easily attach them to transactions.
➤ Choose the preferred attachment method, follow the prompts, and complete the process.
➤ You can follow the same for any other transaction type.
➤ Your attachments will be associated with the transaction, making it convenient to retrieve supporting documents whenever needed.






 
How it works in Android app:

 Open the Zoho Books Android app.
 Navigate to the left side panel and go to Sales >> Invoices.
 Select the concerned Invoice and click on “More” and select “View attachments”
 You will have several options to add attachments:
 Take a Photo: Capture images directly from your device's camera, providing a visual record of receipts or relevant paperwork.
 Pick file from device: Select files stored on your device and upload them directly to the transaction.
 Pick file from Documents: If you've stored documents within the Zoho Books app, you can easily attach them to transactions.
 Choose the preferred attachment method, follow the prompts, and complete the process.
 You can follow the same for any other transaction type.
 Your attachments will be associated with the transaction, making it convenient to retrieve supporting documents whenever needed.
