Welcome back! We hope this series has been helping you make the most of your Zoho Books mobile app. This time, we have come up with another feature designed to enhance your productivity and streamline your workflow.
Quick Create Options
Our latest addition is the Quick Create feature. This allows you to quickly access the desired transaction creation page with just one click right after you open the application. Imagine the time and effort saved when you can instantly navigate to the page you need without sifting through multiple screens. It's a much more effective way to handle your transactions, especially when you are on the go or in a hurry.
We understand that each business has unique needs. Therefore, we have also provided a customization option for you to add the modules you use the most. This way, you can tailor the Quick Create feature to fit your specific requirements, ensuring that you always have quick access to the tools you need.
Supported OS: iOS, Android
How it works in Zoho Books iOS app:
➤ Open the Zoho Books iOS app.
➤ In the Dashboard, you can spot the Quick Create section.
➤ Scroll to the right horizontally and click on "Customize."
➤ Select any 4 modules that you use the most and hit the "Save" button.
➤ Moving forward, once you open the app, simply tap on the module needed under the Quick Create section, let’s say Invoice, and you will land on the Invoice creation page.
➤ Enter all the details and save/send the Invoice.
➤ The same applies to all modules.
How it works in Zoho Books Android app:
➤ Open the Zoho Books Android app.
➤ In the Dashboard, you can spot the Quick Create section.
➤ Click on the "Customize" button above the quick creation section..
➤ Select any 4 modules that you use the most and hit the "Save" button.
➤ Moving forward, once you open the app, simply tap on the module needed under the Quick Create section, let’s say Invoice, and you will land on the Invoice creation page.
➤ Enter all the details and save/send the Invoice.
➤ The same applies to all modules
