Accounting on the Go Series-43:Enhancing Your Reporting Efficiency with Dashboard Filter State Retention

Welcome back to our series on Zoho Books mobile app features. Today, we will talk about a feature that yet again helps you focus on work that really matters-Dashboard Filter State Retention.
Imagine you're working on your Zoho Books dashboard, analysing your financial reports using a specific date range. You navigate to another module to enter a transaction or check an invoice, and when you come back to the dashboard, you expect to see the same date range filter applied. With the Dashboard Filter State Restoration feature, that's exactly what happens!
Whatever filter you choose on your dashboard, it retains that filter even if you navigate to other modules or re-open the application. The only time the filter resets is if you log out of the system. This could be a small feature, but it is quite significant when one has to use the accounting app every day and generate reports frequently; allowing you to focus on your tasks without constantly adjusting configurations.
Supported OS: iOS
How it works in Zoho Books iOS app:
➤ Open the Zoho Books app.
➤ Navigate to the Dashboard module.
➤ Set your desired filter for each report.
➤ Perform your analysis or review.
➤ Navigate to any other module or close the application if needed.
➤ Return to the Dashboard to find your previously set filter still intact.
