I'm thinking about setting up my business on Zoho CRM I don't really need all of the functionality seperation of leads, contacts, accounts.  I sell to individuals so don't need that granularity.

It looks to me like I only want to use the contacts field as that has the most relevant fields.  However when it comes to other parts of tracking sales then an account is required.  

Can anyone with experience of Zoho CRM recommend how this should be handled?  I don't want to duplicate the data in the contact list into the account list.
