Hello

I’m new to Zoho and wanted to know how best to use the system for a property maintenance business.  I deal with Estate Agents who manage multiple properties and wanted to know how to treat the individual properties within Zoho.

I have set up the Estate Agent as an ‘Account’.  The agent will then send me a works order to quote or carryout a repair at a property, should I treat this as a lead, or a ‘contact’ of the ‘account’
