Accounts are inactive - please help!

Accounts are inactive - please help!

Hello,
Currently all of our organization's email accounts are inactive. Without any warning or anything! I first encountered this problem when I tried to login to our main account, info@theaoks.gq and was not able to login. I tried other account and discovered that they all of have been inactivated. I would like to know why this is happening! We use our email very frequently and love Zoho Mail a lot! We've been very loyal! Why all of a sudden are we losing access to our email! 
Here are all the accounts that our organization has that are now "inactive" (this list doesn't include aliases):

info@theaoks.gq (admin account)
admin@theaoks.gq (super admin account)

belchat@theaoks.gq
monginachat@theaoks.gq

mfolkes@theaoks.gq

If you guys could please assist right away, we'd appreciate it. Right now is application period for us, which is a very critical time for our email accounts. We will be using them a whole lot during this time, and creating a few new ones for new members. Anyway, if need be, you can email me at nobelpeaceprizeis@gmail.com.
