I'm
glad to inform you that in the latest version of the Zoho Desk Android app (v 2.4.16) we have brought in support for the Accounts module.
To access the same, please update the app to the latest version from
the Playstore.

Once
done, please confirm if you are now able to access and work with the
same without any issues.
