1) Our Leads, become Potentials, become Accounts; in our nomenclature -- Leads, Prospects, Listings. I've customized the nomenclature, but it is not clear to me how I cleanly differentiate and migrate a Potential to an Account. In our process, a Potential does not become an Account until a contract is signed to buy or sell a business. Appreciate your insights.
2) We have two types of Potentials/Accounts -- Buyers and Sellers. How would you flag the Potential/Account listings to differentiate between the two for sorting and tracking purposes?
