Accounts to Leads and etc

Please make it easier to change accounts to leads and potentials.

When importing into CRM if a contact doesn't have a name it gets added in as an account automatically... which is not true... it may be more of a lead or a contact...

I need to move 'accounts' back and forth across db. Please make it easier to do so.
