So contacts are people, accounts are like other companies and trusts and stuff (at least that's how we use it).

i had a dumb office assistant for 3 months. She put several people in as accounts or as both.  

Its really frustrating because I can't get rid of the accounts because they have invoices and b/c the invoices were paid online i can't change the invoice customer from the account to the contact.

I wish there was a way to work around this so I can fix it!!
