My locality (Michigan, US) has enacted a law that requires that 1 hour of sick leave be accrued for every 30 hours worked.

I cannot see how to implement this policy in Zoho People. There does not appear to be a mechanism for accruing leave proportional to hours worked. Am I missing something?
