Accrue/rollover vacations on the hire date

Hi

in our country we get 14 vacation days after your first year and 14 more every year. you get your new vacation days on the day you were hired, is there any way to do this on zoho people? 


ps: we are paying for 110 employees right now the enterprise plan..
