Help! my acoun: " facturacion@calzadogala.com" are blocked since 8 days ago and i don't know why.... somebody can helpme!?

This is my third try to get help whit this, Zoho support just ask about my company type...i try explain that " facturacion@calzadogala.com" is just for send the bills to my cliends, my companny made shoes so...
