ACT! 2000 - trying to import database

I've read instructions posted on these forums to export in CSV format and then import same data to Zoho database and reports using the Import Wizard.

I'm using ACT! 2000 and my only options are .CCX, .dbf, or Text - delimited. Which should I choose?

I'm hoping someone can help - I look forward to using Zoho.
