Zoho CRM would be a 100% perfect platform for me if there was a plugin or built-in way to have 'action plans' to be able to select on-the-fly that don't require a blueprint or to be triggered by an event happening in a file. 

Example of what this is would be ActionPlans for SalesForce. I can't imagine there isn't a way to build something like this as a plugin or feature of higher tiers or Zoho One.

(For reference I work in Real Estate and so we often have 'side quest' checklists that we need to load up outside of our normal flows and the Macro function of Zoho CRM is a joke as it limits you to just 3 tasks).
