Action requested: Retain your sales journey configuration in Path Finder

As you might know, we're completely overhauling our journey management suite, CommandCenter, and are in the last leg of it. As a means of getting ready to go live, we will be announcing a series of requests and updates about the upcoming releases on CommandCenter, starting with this post.

So, we start with a request. The default Path Finder configuration Sales Journey is available for all users to get started with journey discovery.

As you might know, we're completely overhauling our journey management suite, CommandCenter, and are in the last leg of it. As a means of getting ready to go live, we will be announcing a series of requests and updates about the upcoming releases on CommandCenter, starting with this post.

So, we start with a request. The default Path Finder configuration Sales Journey is available for all users to get started with journey discovery.
- If you're using this configuration as-is or with tweaks, the system can
assess your usage from how you access reports and path records, and we
can retain your configuration without any further action from you. Your
configuration, along with your historical path captures and reports,
will remain intact.
- If you are using the system-enabled configuration but have not accessed any Path Finder reports or path records, the system will not be able to assess your usage.
For organizations in the latter camp, we are displaying a call-to-action button called Retain
in the sales journey configuration. We ask that you please head to the
Path Finder page and retain your sales journey configuration.
- Go to Setup > Experience Center > CommandCenter > Path Finder.
- Click on the Retain button displayed on the default Sales Journey configuration.
Clicking
Retain will confirm your usage, meaning we will retain your logs,
stats, and reports. Otherwise, we'll remove any logs, stats, and reports
we've captured in the default journey configuration for your
organization thus far.
Important points:
- Admins will receive an email notifying them of this request. Along with it, they can refer to a more detailed guide.
- This activity will not impact any processes or features in Zoho CRM.
- The request to retain applies only to the system-default Path Finder configuration called Sales Journey. Path configurations you've created will not be affected.
Notes for applicable organizations:
- We will roll-out this retain CTA in a couple of days.
- You will also be getting unobtrusive banner notifications.
- Reminders will be sent via email in the following weeks.
We will complete this retention/revocation by 15th July, 2025. We kindly request you to decide and act within this time frame.
