Action Required: Allowlist New IP Ranges for the EU Data Center

Dear Users,

We are adding new IP ranges for the Zoho Analytics EU data center (https://analytics.zoho.eu)

If you connect Zoho Analytics to cloud databases (both Live Connect and import), such as Amazon RDS, Amazon Redshift, or Microsoft Azure, you must allowlist the following IP ranges before July 24, 2026 to ensure uninterrupted connectivity. These ranges must be added in addition to your existing allowlist entries. Do not remove any of your current entries.

Who Is Affected

This applies to users who:
  1. Are on the Zoho Analytics EU data center (your Zoho Analytics URL is analytics.zoho.eu), and
  2. Connect to cloud databases (both Live Connect and import).
Note: For FTP/FTPS users, most FTP/FTPS servers allow connections by default and require no action. However, if your FTP/FTPS server is configured to accept connections only from allowlisted IPs, you must add the new IP ranges there as well.

What Happens If You Take No Action

If these IP ranges are not allowlisted before July 24, 2026, connectivity between Zoho Analytics and your cloud databases may be interrupted, and scheduled imports from the affected connections may fail.
