Dear Users,
We are adding new IP ranges for the Zoho Analytics IN data center (https://analytics.zoho.in).
If you connect Zoho Analytics to cloud databases (both Live Connect and Import), such as Amazon RDS, Amazon Redshift, or Microsoft Azure, you must allowlist the following IP ranges before September 4, 2026 to ensure uninterrupted connectivity. These ranges must be added in addition to your existing allowlist entries. Do not remove any of your current entries.
This applies to users who:
Note for FTP/FTPS users: Most FTP/FTPS servers allow connections by default and require no action. However, if your FTP/FTPS server is configured to accept connections only from allowlisted IPs, you must add the new IP ranges there as well.CIDR | IP range |
169.148.146.19/32 | 169.148.146.19 - 169.148.146.19 |
169.148.147.19/32 | 169.148.147.19 - 169.148.147.19 |
169.148.147.23/32 | 169.148.147.23 - 169.148.147.23 |
103.89.74.19/32 | 103.89.74.19 - 103.89.74.19 |
103.89.75.19/32 | 103.89.75.19 - 103.89.75.19 |
103.89.75.49/32 | 103.89.75.49 - 103.89.75.49 |
If these IP ranges are not allowlisted before September 4, 2026, connectivity between Zoho Analytics and your cloud databases will be interrupted, and scheduled imports from the affected connections will fail.
