Dear Zoho Projects integration users,

We would like to inform you about an upcoming update to the Zoho Projects–Zoho Analytics integration. Read the full migration announcement here.

As shared in the announcement, we are updating the integration to support the latest version of Zoho Projects and to ensure a smoother experience going forward. This upgrade is important to ensure continued compatibility and support for the latest edition of Zoho Projects.

While a subset of customer accounts has already completed the migration, we found that some setups are still running on the older version. All remaining setups will be automatically migrated to the new version starting June 1, 2026.

What you need to know  

• If your current setup is ready for the update, it will be updated automatically and no action will be needed from your side.

• If your setup includes dependant views or existing configurations that need review, the update will not be completed automatically. In those cases, data sync will be temporarily paused starting June 30, 2026, until the update is completed manually.

What to do if sync is paused  

If your sync is paused due to dependency-related issues, please access your Zoho Projects integration workspace in your Zoho Analytics account, open Data Sources tab at the left pane and click on 'Action Required' button.

Review all the listed points and affected views.

Make the required modifications to the views and click on Migrate button to complete the process. 

Once the dependency issues are resolved and the migration is completed, you can restart the sync. If this update is not completed before June 30, 2026, your data sync will be paused until the migration is done manually.
