actioned emails in my outlook inbox remain with a line in them

hi. My emails are with Zoho but I have an account set up with my outlook-however every time I delete or move an inbox email, they remain in my inbox but with a line through them. Does anyone know how I can get them to be gone from my inbox?See attached screen shot.
