Activate a workflow from Zoho Flow when a contact in CRM already exists

Hello all,

I have a Zoho Flow that connects our Woocommerce store with the CRM. So whenever a order is created in Woocommerce, Zoho Flow gets the contact and creates or updates the contact in Zoho CRM. The thing is we have a workflow to send an email to our Woocommerce customers 10 days after their order but I can only configure the workflow when the contact is created, so If I have a returning customer I dont have a way (or I dont see it) to activate a workflow because if the contact exists, I cannot activate a workflow because nothing happens in the contact itself. 

Is there any way of activate the workflow in this situation?

I thought about creating a label that edits the contact when a order is created and then create a function that deletes that label weekly, but I think it is a very messy solution and I would prefer something more simple and approachable.
