Activate BCC dropbox issue

Activate BCC dropbox issue

I'm trying to activate a BCC dropbox but cannot find this information anywhere in my account.  I found the following instructions on how to set it up:


  1. Click Setup > Users & Permissions > Profiles.
  2. In the Profiles page, click the Edit link corresponding to the profile that you want to edit.
  3. From the list of profiles, select the BCC Dropbox check box under General Permissions.
  4. Click Save.
When I go to "Users & Permissions" I only have "users" as an option and no link for "profiles".  I cannot find the BCC information anywhere under the "users" tab.

What is the issue?
