Activating/de-activating users as a cost saving measure
In our national organization we have 30 regional sub-organizations. Would would need them to be able to log in every 6 months or so and up date their board members etc.
Is it feasible to have 3 users for the office and buy one user license that we make available on a rotating basis by temporarily activating a user?
Signing up for 30+ users isn't feasible at this time though it well might be in the future.
