Activating Zoho Mobile add on does not work

Activating Zoho Mobile add on does not work

Hello,

We bought one user license for Zoho CRM Mobile add on for the Iphone. That also shows at our subscription page. However, activating it following the instruction: ´ Activate Mobile Edition for Users ´

results in an error message: ´...which exceeds your license limit´. What do we miss here? We got the following answer from Zoho CRM, however it does not cover the point:

Thank you for contacting support.  From our records, you have purchased one Zoho Mobile Add On so that we can activate under only one account. Please subscribe the required number of Mobile Add On as per the number of users you have in your CRM account.

Yes, we DID purchase one Zoho Mobile Add On, and YES we are trying to activate only ONE account. And exactly that does not work because of the error mentioned above. 

Any ideas?
