Active Directory Authentication

I've set it up correctly but it doesn't work, I can't get it to list the users also I don't know if this is related but when you choose AD Authentication nothing changes on the login page.

And another thing I run Servicedesk aswell and when you are logged into both ( doesnt matter which browser i.e. firefox) Everytime you do something on SD+ if keeps bringin you back to the login page.
