I have a strange problem with one of my email accounts where it is no longer showing new emails on my iOS mail app. This has been working until a day or two ago, and when I delete the account from the mail app and re-add it, it connects and pulls down all email (including any new mails that had not pulled down when I refreshed, prior to deleting the account in iOS), but after that, no more email comes through. There is no error when refreshing in the mail app, but no new emails coming through. I can see the emails in the webmail on my browser, so I can see they are getting through.
The thing that is stranger still is that my other email accounts (I have 3 configured and a catch-all as well) are all working as normal on the iOS mail app, it is just this one account.
I have reset my password, deleted all active sessions, deleted all app passwords and generated new ones, disabled and then re-enabled active sync for mail in the settings, but nothing works.
I have also just checked the Windows 10 mail app on my desktop and that has the exact same issue - no new emails coming through but just for one of the 4 accounts - so it's not purely related to iOS, it seems to be an issue with the activesync configuration of this particular mail account?
