Activesync

I've posted several times in other forums to get an update on Activesync for Android (simply does not work) but have not received responses in weeks. Not sure where else to post...already submitted to support--no reply. I would like an answer other than "please bear with us". Not sure what else to do other than search for an alternative hosting solution soon...
