Activesync and iOS mail app...

Recently I have been unable to receive new email via push active sync. As soon as I open the app it goes and fetches new emails but it never pushes.

I have another activesync account set up not with zoho, and I am able to get mail almost instantly. So it makes me believe there is an issue with zoho?

Any ideas?
