ActiveSync delays on Android 4.4

Hi,

I see to be having a sync issue with ActiveSync. Syncing seems to be delayed. Some emails only show up hours later when in push mode. Whenever I test, I get notifications right away. Notification in general work on my phone because I don't have this issue with SMS or WhatsApp or Gmail.

Has anyone else reported this or is it a known issue?
