Activesync for Android Still Not Working

1.  I am unable to sync contacts.  I have been through several rounds of deleting and reimporting my contacts using CSV files, the Gmail import function and even importing from vcf files on my phone to the Zoho sync account.  I also created a new contact on the phone and a new one on Zoho  -- contacts are not synchronizing.  I have tried forcing the sync, as well.  I have also deleted and re-added the Zoho activesync account on my phone several times.  I am very experienced and tried many ways to make this work and it's simply not working.

2.  Calendar seems to be synchronizing for the most part.  The biggest issue is the time on my Zoho calendar is showing up three hours later than my Android calendar.  I have verified that Zoho is set to the proper time zone, which is America/Kentucky/Louisville, which is the same Eastern Time as New York.
