I have an iPad Air 2 that I use Outlook for email. When I setup my Zoho-hosted mail to use Exchange Sync, Outlook indicates the username/password is incorrect and will not configure the account. I have verified the username/password configuration IS correct, and they work on other devices. I also use the same ActiveSync settings on my iPhone (using the built-in Mail app) and that works OK. ActuveSync IS enabled in Zoho mail for the account.
Below is a screenshot that shows what I am using for settings. What do I need to change to make this work using ActiveSync? Thanks!!
