ActiveSync issues - not syncing!

I have emailed support, but just in case anyone has had a similar issue or can help really quickly.
 
I migrated this morning to Zoho...presuming that ActiveSync would just function as normal (I have other work accounts on activesync ) on my Blackberry.
 
However it doesn't.
 
It downloaded my previous which was fine but refuses to sync my contacts or calendar.  Also new mails don't come in.
 
I discovered that sync interval was on manual so turned off Push and it got my latest emails.  however didn't sync contacts or calendar and when I turn push back on, sync interval goes back to manual.
 
I have rebooted the phone several times and deleted and re-added the account to no avail. 
 
Any pointers?
